I saw it when I was 14, even after being slightly bothered that Freddy Kreuger played my beloved Phantom (I have been a huge fan of PotO since I was 6). This has quickly become my favorite version of the movie, capturing more of the relationship between the Phantom and Christine than even the original novel did.

If you’re interested, RE is scheduled to be at the Walk of Fame at Dragon*Con, Labor Day weekend 2008.
