Previous films such as Blood Car have been reviewed, and as a direct result of that review, people clicked on a link to the site from the review page. It is true, and it can happen to you! What movies will you review?
I will review any movie. However they should be feature length films, and have been accepted into at least 1 film festival. I am only 1 man and can not review everything so I would prefer to have at least that level of film be sent to me.
Why should I send you my movie?
Well I am currently a page rank 3 google site, and do have about 100-200 unique visitors a day. That is a lot of traffic, and those people click on links and have expressed direct interest in other Independent movies I have reviewed. I also answer all e-mails from users, directing them to sites and providing info for Independent Movies.
How will I know my movie will be viewed how I intended it to look and sound?
I have a 108 inch movie theater in my home. It supports Dolby Digital EX, THX, and DTS ES. I have a 720p Sanyo projector, that has been color calibrated, and a 108 inch screen in a fully light controlled room. I have Infinity Beta speakers in a 5.1 setup with an SVS PC-Plus 16-46 Subwoofer that can reproduce sounds at 16Hz.
What will your review look like?
The review will look similar to all my reviews. A poster if available will be at the top with the title. The poster will link to a website of your choice. Then details of the film and a 3-4 paragraph summary of what I thought about the movie. Little or no plot summary will be included as I do not like plot information in reviews. I will not reveal any spoilers, and will include any information or links that you wish to include in the review. A star rating at the bottom.
Can I use quotes from your review.
At this time I am releasing quotes for any review from an Independent Submission for free. All I ask is that you include a link or URL to the site under the quote. I also allow direct links to the review on any site.
