The Final Cut

Rated: PG-13 Running Time: 95 Minutes Year: 2004 Boobs: Zero One Sentence: I do not want a ZOE implant! I don't think this movie came out in the theaters, if it did I never saw anything on it. I figure it was semi low budget and so was probably put straight to DVD after it was felt it couldn't handle the cost of a wide release. I think it was probably a wise choice as it wasn't the calibur of a wide release movie. However I am not saying it is not good. The movie set in a world that is like our own but with some newer technology is truly sci-fi thriller to the core. It has a lot of very cool ideas, that leave you wanting to know more about them and if they could really happen in our world. The movie refers to big brother questions in a more subtle way that kept me interested in what was going on and feeling excited about all of it. This movie to me felt a lot like Cube to me did. Low budget and not that full overlapping story that the bigger budget movies has. It didn't need it though, in the end maybe I felt like I wanted a little more but was all right with it and think it was a pretty good one. Mork is in it as the main character. Also showing up is Romy and Jesus. I think it is totally worth the rental.
