One Sentence: The opening previews are worth the price of your ticket.

Tropic Thunder is not your normal stupid Ben Stiller movie, like Zoolander, or Dodgeball.  So get the idea that you hate Ben Stiller movies out of your head.  I know there are some out there that have that hate toward certain people and he is one of them.  Tropic Thunder is so much better than any preconceived notions you have about Ben Stiller.  The "previews" that are part of the movie at the very beginning by themselves are better than most comedies that have come out this year.

This movie is hilarious.  It is solidly funny throughout and you can practically be laughing from start till the end.  On top of that you have what seems like a huge truckload of money that was spent on the movie, to make it filled with action, amazing sets, some awesome gore, and shots that are rare in comedies.  They spared no expense when it came to Tropic Thunder and it shows.

Everyone is great in this movie, the three actors you see in the poster up there all did a great job.  Jack Black was strong and funny without going over the top, Ben was very good and I think did awesome, and then Downey just killed his part, it was amazing.  On top of them, everybody that you know or do not know is in this film makes it great.  There are a ton of camoes that all deliver and just add so much more to the movie.  Ben Stiller deliever one of the best comedies of the year, and I think you all should go out and see it this weekend.

I really enjoyed it as well. Was a nice twist of making fun at the movie industry. I still had to laugh when all the people complaining about the retard jokes and were boycotting this film. All it did was fuel the movie to make more cash, and sadly the RETARDS who didnt understand that it was all about the retards in the film industry and not people who are shall we say “Special”. I never thought for once the movie was making fun of “Special” people at all.

    • It’s silly to get so out of shape about this stuff. I am just not a fan of getting all worked up over comedy, if we don’t find humor in things then we find tragedy, and I don’t think everything in this world should be tragic.
