This movie franchise has turned into a big budget TV show with a lot of characters that you like, and really they can’t really do any wrong.  There is some drama between some of them, there is a conflict that has to be resolved by the end of the episode, and you know it is going to get solved.  Then there might be some bigger arc that is going across multiple episodes.  It doesn’t make you mad, it isn’t bad, and there are some parts that still blow you away.  You don’t tell your friends you love it, but the secret is they love it too.

Fast And Furious 6 is another installment of a movie franchise that won’t die and based on the audience reaction and the quality of the movie shouldn’t die.  Why not print cash, if the product is good enough I can get behind cash machining your franchise.  Justin Lin and Universal got the formula down and haven’t skimped on the costs when they needed to.  They keep the quality up and it really still works after 6 installments.  Is it award worthy?  No.  Do you have to first weekend this movie?  No.  Will it be on FX for the next 20 years, probably.  But there is something great about these movies and 6 still keeps up, the fun, the cars, the booties, and the crazy action.

It’s a pretty easy check to see if you will like this one.  Did you like any of the other ones except for 3?  Then you will like this one, and it is totally worth going to see in the theater, why not.   Just go during the day and you won’t run into anyone else and have to admit you paid full price to see the 6th movie in a franchise in the theater.
